Do I do Wedding Videos? Heck ya!

I have been in the media business for a long time.  Producing videos has been my bread and butter for longer than most of you have been alive.  But I have never really been a fan of the "traditional" wedding video.  I would avoid them, run away, and tell brides, "No, not me!"

But as I got more involved in the wedding business as a photographer, it became natural that I would offer something in the video side too.  So, as Frank Sinatra sang... "I did it my way," I decided to offer wedding videos the way I would like them.  No traditional videos of people standing in a reception line or the like.  No, I like to tell stories.

So we created what we call "Engaging Films" as a part of the video offerings of my media production company, ProvoCreative.  These are fun, entertaining, and yes, engaging short films that let you have a good time in the production and then in showing them off.  They can be produced as a video announcement of your engagement on a facebook page or can be premiered at your reception.  No acting abilities are needed, but you should have a willingness to be a bit crazy.  They are about you, of course, so you should let your personality show off.

The Sample Video  This is a fun overview of some of the videos that we created.

My Hero sample video  A silent movie where the bride stars as a damsel in distress who is abducted by the bad guy and who is saved by the groom, her hero.  A classic!

My Dream Girl  You or your groom-to-be is featured while the other tells about the wonderful traits and talents that they admire about them.  Ahhh, Cute.

The Journey  Filmed on a hike, a picnic or on some other outing, the starring couple tells about how they met, why they are getting married, and what the future holds in store for them.

Wouldn't it fun to be in your own movie??  Your family and friends would love to see you in a video like this, over and over again!
